Monitoring and Evaluation/ Instructional Design
As a highly motivated individual having worked in the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) field, I have practical knowledge of M&E tools, logical frameworks, theory of change, impact evaluations and in conducting field based surveys. I have designed and implemented M&E database and reporting systems in online platforms. With an MBA in Management and Sustainability, I have a strong base in Project Management, Environmental Science, and administration. Currently, I am doing a Master degree in Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation (IDD&E); and working in research at Syracuse University Project Advance in research and evaluation.
My key competencies are: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Conducting Surveys and Data Analysis, Project Management, Financial Analysis, Database Design and Management, Digital Media, Instructional Design, Front End Analysis and Research.
I have an MBA with a concentration in management and sustainability from the Clark University Graduate School of Management in Worcester, Massachusetts. I have experiences of living in different nations and regions. I have lived in Nepal and Bangladesh in South Asia, and in the Mid West and East Cost of the United States. I have an undergraduate Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing. Besides my academic pursuits, I am also passionate about history, culture and politics.
